The B3 team has more than thirty years of experience working with state and local governments in Arizona. CEO Russell Smoldon’s career in Arizona began in the 1980s, and he has made many long-lasting friendships during his time in the Grand Canyon state.
Working with Congressional leaders, legislators, county and city elected officials, and staff at all levels of government, B3’s team strives to identify consensus solutions. We focus on solving problems and creating a better environment for Arizona citizens to grow businesses, raise families, and retire.
